Who do I contact to get approval to complete updates or changes to my home according to Covenants?

How much are association dues?

Dues are $300 a year paid in 2 installments of $150. Installments are due in March and September of each year.
What are dues used for?

Dues are used to upkeep property such as landscaping fees, electricity, water, cleaning, and repair of any property that falls in disrepair. For a more thorough list please click below to see the Yearly Financial Statement.
How do I pay my dues?

There are 3 ways to pay dues currently. Your Invoice or Statement is mailed to you from ITG and can always can be requested at ITG 1. Send Check to: ITG Property Management 116 Solleftea Drive Madison, Mississippi 39110 2. Pay Directly on ITG Website (A 3.5% Fee added using Credit Card) 3. Via PayPal on our website under Pay Dues (A Credit Card Processing Fee is added)
When are Annual HOA meetings?

Currently, there are 2 bi-annual meetings in April and October of each year. Homeowners are notified of the date and time a month in advance.
